Rich Goldberg, Director of DOJ Criminal Division’s Cyber Enabled Scam Initiative.
He oversees a variety of initiatives targeting fraudulent telemarketing schemes, internet deception, mass-mailing fraud, unauthorized account charges, and other offenses perpetrated by transnational criminal organizations. He helps coordinate the Scam Center Strike Force, a partnership between the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and DOJ’s Criminal Division, and serves as chair of the Global Antifraud Enforcement Network.
