Building on the conversation from Part 1, NAPSA’s Committee Against Financial Exploitation (CAFE) brought financial institution partners back together to answer Adult Protective Services professionals’ most pressing questions about working with banks. In this follow-up panel, held October 29, 2026, representatives from JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Bank of America discussed financial records and subpoenas, bank referrals and vulnerability criteria, and collaboration and multidisciplinary team (MDT) participation.
