Get Connected: Why Join NAPSA

Becoming a member of NAPSA is an exciting opportunity for APS workers and administrators, professionals in the aging and disabilities’ networks, students in the field of social services, or anyone interested in protecting our most vulnerable citizens.

A NAPSA membership will provide you opportunities to network with peers throughout the country; access to state-of-the-art training on APS core competencies and webinars to increase your skills in assisting vulnerable adults; inform you on cutting-edge best practices; and keep you abreast on the national progress of APS and allied professionals.

Becoming a NAPSA member will give you access to research and resources, including the new National APS Resource Center, that will enhance your knowledge and broaden your skills.

NAPSA members also receive a reduced rate to attend NAPSA’s Annual Conference, the only national conference focused on elder abuse, abuse of adults with disabilities, and Adult Protective Services. The conference brings together experts and professionals in fields ranging from interviewing skills to prosecution, to share their expertise and experience, and to enlighten and educate.
