DESCRIPTION:March Scam Advice Forum Webinar: Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) Overview\nOur next Scam Advice Forum on Thursday\, March 28th\, 12:30-1:30 pm EST will feature Sam Hursey\, Management and Program Analyst at the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Sam will share an overview of the ic3.gov complaint process\, the focus on elder fraud\, their Recovery Asset Team (RAT) and other initiatives. Hursey has been with the FBI for 12 years and with IC3 nearly 5 years. He is the subject matter expert for investment fraud and cryptocurrency. Hursey is a member of their recently created crypto team within IC3 and conduct blockchain analysis to assist with crypto-related fraud.
