Scammers are now appearing in person at people’s homes to pick up money they defraud from victims. This seems to be happening across the board\, with notable upticks in grandparent scams\, tech support\, and other frauds. This means that there is an increasing role for local law enforcement\, which has increasingly been arresting the scammers when they appear. \nIn addition\, scammers have long taken advantage of other nontraditional methods of collecting money\, such as FedEx and the US mail.
