DESCRIPTION:This Research to Practice (R2P) webinar presents findings from the study of an innovative prevention intervention for self-neglect among primary care patients. Project partners include Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging\, Texas Adult Protective Services\, WellMed Charitable Foundation and the Elder Justice Coalition. The project was funded by the U.S. Administration for Community Living (ACL).
