AARP Foundation National Training Project (August 1999) – A comprehensive guide for trainers of trainers aimed at enabling participants to identify their own trainer style; learn training skills and techniques for effectiveness, conference coordination, and training design. Booklet contains step-by-step guidelines for 12 sessions with lists of materials needed, objectives, key points, and timed sequence of activities. Also included are suggested agendas for 2 or 3-day trainings, training evaluation, and a list of additional resources. There is a companion “Training of Trainers: Manual for Participants,” also available from the NCEA / NAPSA Training Library (ID #4). (Products produced under an AoA grant.)
